Good Friday Morning!
I hope this post finds all of you well. It is really
chilly here in Virginia and the leaves are
everywhere. We had a little rain so that wonderful
Autumn smell is in the air. I hate having to deal
with the leaves (Lehmer does all of the
blowing and raking), I just fuss about them
and sweep them constantly off of the steps and
out of the house, but I do love that smell for
some strange reason. Maybe it's just because
I love Autumn and the season that comes
after it.
Speaking of the season that comes after it,
here is my latest design, not in it's finished
form, but just had to share. The larger
piece is on 30 Count "Espresso", stitching over
two threads, and the smaller piece is on 30 Count
"Mink", stitching over one thread.
This should be ready very soon along with
some other Christmas designs.
Please let me know what you think.

Hope to be back before the weekend
is over, but if not, have a
great weekend doing whatever
makes your heart happy. Surely that
will include,
"Many Happy Stitches",
Sandra
I love it Sandra! Can't wait to see the final reveal...
ReplyDeleteI like them both but my "senior" eyes wouldn't be able to do the over one...haha.
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend :)
I love it! Noel is one of my favorite Christmas words and a cardinal is always a favorite.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Colleen - I love them both, but not sure I could do 1 over 1 on 30 count! Maybe I need those mag-eye things afterall.
ReplyDeleteLOVE it! So very sweet with the cardinal. Can't wait to see the finished piece. Enjoy your weekend!

Beautiful design, Sandra. Thank you for another great one!
ReplyDeleteI'm partial to stitching over one.
I'd go with the Expresso fabric personally over 2, it's looking wonderful, can't wait to see it all done.
ReplyDeleteOh I am loving these x
