Welcome to my blog. I'm probably very much like all of you who love the needlearts. My life revolves around family, friends, home and all things that help to make for a more contented life. When time allows; cooking, gardening, decorating, and collecting are my joys. I look forward to sharing all of these things with you. I also hope to keep you up to date on what is going on at Homespun Elegance, in regard to the needlework designs and the "Plain & Fancy Wares" that we offer.

A New Little Something!

Good Afternoon Everyone!
I hope you are all having a grand day.  We are
having a gray and windy day with leaves
blowing everywhere.  Fall has definitely
arrived in Virginia and I love it.  I haven't had
much time for fall decorating and it is driving
me crazy.  I so love this time of year.  Have
yet to find a white pumpkin or bittersweet.
What in the world am I going to do.  I may
have to paint one and age it.

    Avery is getting so big!!! And cuter each day I swear!! Loving your new designs....And I visited the online show....wow....The more I see, the more I love. I've been a long-time cross-stitcher - and have collected works from other artists, and I'm realizing that many, many, of those designs are your patterns. Wow....I'm so, so, amazed.     I love your designs!

    I'm building my collection as I purchase your new and hunt down your older designs. I found quite a few at Haus Tirol this summer while vacationing in Williamsburg, VA. Such wonderful and nice ladies!
