"DESIGNS THAT REFLECT OUR
AMERICAN HERITAGE"

Welcome to my blog. I'm probably very much like all of you who love the needlearts. My life revolves around family, friends, home and all things that help to make for a more contented life. When time allows; cooking, gardening, decorating, and collecting are my joys. I look forward to sharing all of these things with you. I also hope to keep you up to date on what is going on at Homespun Elegance, in regard to the needlework designs and the "Plain & Fancy Wares" that we offer.

Wishing you "Many Happy Stitches".

A Little Glimpse and A Contest

Good Morning Everyone!
It is a beautiful Spring morning here in Virginia.
I really need to get out in the yard but it
will have to wait until the weekend.
I wanted to share a "little glimpse" of
something coming your way very soon
and to make it fun too.
~~~CONTEST~~~
You have until SUNDAY at noon to
become a follower on my Blog and to make
a comment. This design will
include two sayings.  The first
one to guess one of the sayings will receive
a copy of the design.  If the other
saying is guessed too, I will send the
design to that person as well.
GOOD LUCK!
~~~~~~~~~~~~

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hope you like the "little glimpse".
~SOME UPDATES~
~The Marking Sampler is almost finished.  I know
you are saying "sure".  But it really is.
~Working on the last of the Halloween Year II
~My Christmas design was mailed to JCS.  Yeah!
Another deadline almost met.
~I have a Trunk Show this weekend at
Stitcher's Stash's Retreat
~The 2nd in my Needle Case Series is stitched, now
I have to make the fob and put it all together.
I'll be showing another glimpse of that in a
few days.  Once again, there is still time to
get in on the fun.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Many Happy Spring Stitches",
Sandra

  22. I just became a follower of your wonderful blog!

    I am going to go in a different direction than everyone else and guess that it is a Mother's Day piece. How about 'I'm so glad you still love me after all these years" and the second saying would be 'Happy Mother's Day".
